A Day in the Life of a Facilities and Groundkeeper at Boltaron

What does a facilities and grounds keeper do for a living? A day in the life starts with walking to the locker, setting down lunch, and putting on a safety vest. From there, it's time to gather the tools needed for ground maintenance — sweeping outside walkways and using a trimline to remove weeds around the facility. Keeping the grounds looking great is a source of real pride.

Inside the factory yard, the workday continues with cleaning up anything out of place. On the interior, time is spent polishing concrete floors to prepare for the expansion of the parts department. This career path was chosen as a way to showcase hard work and dedication. At the end of the day, it's time to check in with the manager and report how the day went.
