TEAM Tuscarawas is a county-wide Manufacturing Industry Sector Partnership focused on workforce, training, and awareness, built to serve manufacturers, educators, and the people who want good local work.

Implement systems that align education and manufacturing needs, to create and employ a sustainable local workforce.
Why we exist
Manufacturing is a major employer base in Tuscarawas County. With an aging workforce and fewer new workers coming behind, the county needs a stronger pipeline. TEAM Tuscarawas helps close the gap.
The TEAM Model
TEAM Tuscarawas operates as a Manufacturing Industry Sector Partnership (ISP), a strategy that puts local manufacturers in the driver’s seat. As a neutral convener, we align regional partners and resources to ensure our workforce system is employer-led, industry-focused, and tailored to the unique economic dynamics of our county.
