Today, the quality tech and a colleague are inspecting a display rack for Home Depot that is nearly ready to ship. In quality, success requires strong problem-solving, sharp attention to detail, resilience, and inner strength. The afternoon is spent on the production floor — conducting quality inspections across departments, checking the CMM machine status, and connecting with the laser operator to measure dimensions and verify part quality before powder coating. One final check after the powder coat confirms the parts are ready for final production.
